Utah’s Theme and Water Parks
This park is the only amusement park in Utah and is located in Farmington near Salt Lake City. It has over 50 rides and attractions including nine roller coasters, 12 kiddie rides, 15 family rides, 10 thrill rides and more. The park also has a collection of rides called “X-Venture rides” which are not included with admission and include a catapult and a “Skycoaster.”
One of the most popular rides is the “Cannibal.” It features a 208-foot tower and goes up to 70 mph. Their signature ride is “Lagoon Roller Coaster,” which is over 80 years old and one of the only wooden roller coasters in the area. It has a max speed of 45 miles per hour and is 2,500-feet long.
Lagoon also has a water park called Lagoon A Beach that is included with admission. It features slides, a lazy river and more. The park also has “Pioneer Village,” a section of the park that is Wild-West themed.
This outdoor water park is located in Provo and features 11 water slides, a wave pool, and four kiddie attractions. It is advertised as the “State’s Largest Water Park.” Seven Peaks also has a Fun Center in Lehi that has arcade games, mini golf, laser tag and more.
This water park is in Kaysville and is for kids. It features an activity pool, water slides, a lazy river, play areas and more. One of the most popular attractions is “The Double Dragons,” a dragon-themed water slide.
This water park is located in Draper and is an outdoor water park that is open from late-May to mid-September. It is part of a chain which also has a location in Las Vegas. It features slides, a lazy river, a zero-depth entry pool and more.
This water park is located in Logan and features two slides, a diving board, three pools and more.
This water park is located at Classic Fun Center in Riverdale. It features water slides, a kids pool, a splash pad and more.
This indoor water park is located in Cedar City and features a water playground, a lazy river, a water slide and a hot tub.
This is a “an inflatable water sports park” and sits in the Jordanelle Reservoir in Heber City.
